I am often asked what first inspired the mission of Hamisha Loaves Charity. The answer isn't a single moment, but a gradual empathy in my heart that grew from seeing the profound loneliness and need that so many people with disabilities face every day. It’s a feeling of being overlooked, a gap in friendship and understanding that felt impossible to bridge. In moments of feeling overwhelmed by the scale of this need, my mind always returns to a simple, powerful story of compassion.
It is the story of the miracle of Jesus feeding the hungry thousands, found in the Gospel of Matthew 14:19-20:
I have read those words many times, and what moves me most is that Jesus didn't see an insurmountable problem; He saw people who were hungry, and He knew that even a small offering, when blessed, could become more than enough.
When I see our volunteers and donors supporting our friends with disabilities, I see that same miracle happening all over again.

Chief Operating Officer
Eric serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hamisha Loaves Charity, where he plays a central role in turning the organization’s vision into daily action. His leadership is essential for managing the complex logistics that allow the charity to reach underserved communities across Liberia. With a professional background in sociology and management, Eric brings an analytical mindset to solving social problems and seeking solutions for those affected by societal ills. His extensive experience includes managing large-scale humanitarian distributions, office operations, and project coordination for reputable international partners.
Eric believes that even with limited resources, a well-run organization can create abundance through collective action. He is deeply committed to the core values of transparency and accountability, drawing on his experience in preparing detailed reports and managing budgets for multi-national committees. In addition to his logistical skills, Eric is a talented gospel artist who contributes his creativity as a writer and vocalist. He envisions a future for Liberia where disability is no longer a barrier to success, and he is dedicated to leading the team with the integrity and heart required to make that dream a reality.

Mr. Jackson Suah
Jackson Suah is a committed education and development practitioner with over seven years of experience in school management and leadership.
Based in Monrovia, he has spent over a decade as the Principal of the Liberia School for the Blind, where he oversees daily operations and school development plans. Jackson also serves as a Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Education, focusing on increasing participation and strengthening policies for persons with disabilities at all levels of government.
He holds a Masters in Development Management from GIMPA and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana. His career is defined by a deep commitment to special needs advocacy, effective team leadership, and creative project management.
Sis Genevieve Anderson
Genevieve Anderson brings a unique and flavorful perspective to the board of Hamisha Loaves Charity.
As a talented caterer with many years of professional experience, she understands the art of taking simple ingredients and turning them into something that nourishes and sustains a community. This expertise is a wonderful asset for the organization because it mirrors the very story of the five loaves that the charity is named after.
Her background in the food industry provides a practical foundation that could help the board develop sustainable programs to feed and support those in need across Liberia. As a devoted member of the Seventh Day Adventist church, Genevieve is guided by a deep sense of faith and a calling to serve others.
Sis Garmai D. Davis
Garmai D. Davis is a valued member of the leadership team who brings extensive experience in accounting, administration, and humanitarian service to the mission of Hamisha Loaves Charity. With more than two decades of professional experience in Liberia, she has served in leadership and administrative roles with organizations including James Davis Jr. Memorial Hospital, MSF-Spain (Médecins Sans Frontières), The Salvation Army Medical Services, and Save the Children. Her work has included financial reporting, payroll management, budgeting, staff supervision, and organizational coordination. Currently serving as an Accountant at James Davis Jr. Memorial Hospital in Monrovia, Garmai’s financial expertise and commitment to accountability are a major asset to the organization as it continues to grow. Her compassion, leadership, and faith-centered values align beautifully with the vision of Hamisha Loaves Charity and its mission to impact lives across Liberia.
